Combo's and Transitions
11am - 12:30
Although FCBD is an improvised format, using combinations is a useful way to overcome moments of brainfog.
Using some of my favourite FCBD moves, we will learn some combo's for your
FCBD toolbox.
Suitable for dancers newer to the style or dancers who have had time away and want a refresh.
Some basic knowledge of
FCBD style is helpful.


Zill Skills
1pm - 2:45
Are you new to zills or struggle to
dance and zill at the same time.
We will learn the patterns used in
FCBD and use some simple
drills to help us play and move at
the same time.
For this workshop you will need
a set of finger cymbals
Limited spare sets may be available.
Please use the type with 2 holes for elastic.

Fee: £15 per workshop or £25 for both.
